Featuring an automated opening and closing mechanism, the wall cladding machine is versatile enough to handle various dimensions and widths, ranging from 300mm to 650mm. This adjustability allows customers to customize the width to match their specific exterior wall dimensions, ensuring an attractive finish.

We've conducted extensive tests on different width configurations. The wall cladding machine not only handles forming and opening/closing tasks but also automatically creates holes during the forming stage.

Operation begins with the opening angle, utilizing an uncoiling machine, hydraulic systems, and material stops. A buffering mechanism ensures the uncoiler stops when the material is slack and resumes when it's taut, resulting in a robust, durable, and user-friendly design.

The feeding part boasts a unique roller system for applying protective film. This system applies a protective layer to the material surface during forming, safeguarding it from damage.

Additionally, the machine features a pressure roller guide to protect the material's surface from scratches. The side material stops are designed to slide, minimizing wear and tear.

The feed shaft aids in material feeding before entering the machine, eliminating the need for manual feeding and ensuring stability. For continuous operation, the feed shaft can be disengaged to prevent malfunctions.

The cutting mechanism is electrically powered, catering to low-temperature environments as per customer requirements. The cutting location is strategically placed to maintain the cladding machine's 90-degree vertical edge, preventing deformation after forming.

With large and wide forming rollers, the equipment maintains high-speed and stable operation. An integral suspension wire ensures even spacing, preventing material deformation.

A trimming device corrects material edges, while the ability to add reinforcing ribs to the surface allows for various shapes and models.

Linear sliders on the equipment's side allow width adjustment with a single touch on the computer screen. The feeding part also features automatic adjustment capabilities.
