Revolutionizing Step Tile Roofing Machine Performance: A Triad of Speed-Enhancing Innovation

Traditional step tile roofing machines are characterized by their slow speed, typically ranging from 0 to 4 meters per minute, due to the intricate stepping process required for each sheet. Customers frequently inquire about enhancing the machine's production rate. Through diligent research and development, we've achieved a significant speed increase to 4-6 meters per minute.

Firstly, we've replaced the traditional motors with high-performance servo motors. These advanced motors allow for quicker start-up and shutdown during the stepping process, thereby accelerating the overall production speed of the roll forming machine. 

Secondly, we've upgraded the transmission system by substituting gear boxes for chains. This modification not only provides enhanced power transmission but also contributes to a faster production rate.

Thirdly, to ensure that the stepping mechanism and cutting device receive continuous and sufficient power as the roll forming machine speeds up, we've installed an accumulator on the hydraulic station. Additionally, we've increased the power of the hydraulic pump motor to 7.5 kilowatts. These enhancements guarantee a steady supply of power to the critical components of the machine, maintaining smooth and efficient operation.
