How to Solve Temporary Power Failure in Running of Corrugated roll Forming machine

(1) Electricians should understand the types and functions of the electrical lines and electrical equipment in the workshop. If the electrician doesn’t fully understood the function of the electrical equipment, he is forbidden to work at risk.

(2)When it is found that the conductive part of the corrugated sheet making machine touches with the ground, before the power is blocked ,keep no one near in addition to rescuing the electrocutor. Leave 4 meters away from the nearby area and 1.8 meters away from the indoor area to avoid damage from step voltage.

(3)The electrician should check the motor, electrical control system of corrugated roof panel roll forming machine on schedule.When there are any problems in the inspection, deal with them in time. When checking the temperature of the motor, check that there is no electricity, and then test with the back of the hand.

(4)In addition to temporary construction of electricity or temporary measures, should not be temporary wires, should not be hanging other switch and socket.The original electrical line of color steel corrugated sheet machinery should not be modified without authorization.

(5) When repairing the corrugated roofing sheet forming machine, pull down the switch and knife, and hang a warning sign of "No closing, someone working" at the switch and knife. The warning sign "Stop, high pressure danger" should be put up on the barrier of equipment and the passageway that is a no-go for people, and the warning sign "Someone is working here" should be put up at the work place.

(6) Regular inspection and maintenance of electrical equipment according to the regulations, and the useless electrical equipment lines should be removed.
