Light steel shelf panels are an economical, practical, and convenient type of warehouse racking. The racking consists of three main components: uprights, beams, and shelves. With a fully assembled structure, it offers the flexibility to combine, install, and dismantle with ease. It is widely used in industries such as electronics, light industry, and e-commerce.

ZTRFM's racking system machine utilizes a complex multi-folding and multi-perforation process to create a highly load-bearing, multi-layered closed racking system. The production process involves uncoiling, leveling, pre-punching, cold bending, and front and back hemming. The entire production line is centrally automated, completing up to 40 bending operations online, with the forming machine, hemming, and bending processes interconnected.

The produced trays have a riveting structure that significantly enhances the product's sturdiness and load-bearing capacity. The lightweight shelves are designed with a screwless combination style, making them easy and quick to install and dismantle. Compared to the versatile angle steel shelves, the lightweight shelves are more stable and reliable, with a surface treated by powder coating, offering a neat and aesthetic appearance.
